It’s not very often I have to see the doctor but when I do I get an appointment that day I saw a nurse for my infected eye yesterday and she was lovely. Just want to mention one of the receptionists Sheila who has always been very kind to me over the years, always calls me by my first name , she’s a really lovely kind lady and I want to thank her for how she has treated throughout my visits to the surgery she’s a keeper don’t let her go ❤️

No nothing , the nurse explained everything my husband was there to remember what she told me as I have short term memory loss due to my condition.

The queue on the phone quickly mounts up, and you don't offer inperson appointments. Maybe offer booking of appointments online, my daughters surgery has an online form you complete and she gets a reply with an appointment with the most appropriate clinician, with non urgent appointments being scheduled for a number of days in the future.

Compared to past medical centres I’ve encountered, Queensview does have a far more professional approach - staff seem genuinely involved with patients and waiting times are tiny
